Not often does something super comfortable also look super cool. Love it!
Very high quality stool that my wife loves.
Great for posture, rolls great, nice material.
It's a great chair for those with hip, lower back and even upper cervical issues and the style is nice too. I've had mine for over 3 years and it still looks new.
This is one of the most comfortable desk seating options if you frequently sit down/stand up. I have a taller cylinder installed on mine, which allows me to raise the saddle to open up my hips and drop my legs below the seat height. Lowering it down takes it back to a more traditional backless seat. The lack of back support has never been a problem, as the design of the saddle keeps my hips in good alignment throughout the day. You just can't slouch for too long. Since I work from home, I don't want a huge piece of office furniture in the middle of my living room. This piece hides nicely under the desk at the end of the day.
The pony saddle stools work well in my exam rooms and have essentially eliminated the lower back pain I had been getting previously with traditional flat exam stools.
I spend upward of eight hours per day working on my laptop. I alternate between standing and sitting. My Saddle seat has proven to be both comfortable and versatile. Unkile any other it makes me aware of my posture while working and reduces the amount of fatigue to virtually none by the end of long hours working. We have begun to travel for extended periods of time in our Airstream travel trailer and will be bringing the Saddle on our next trip. Its' size will work very well in the smaller confines of the trailer and enable me to work comfortably from the road.
The Humanscale Saddle/Pony seat is a high quality office swivel stool. It's a great choice for anyone looking for a minimalist and ergonomic seat. There are several options available which make this product highly polyvalent. It also works well for anyone requiring easy and quick movement. There is a bit of a learning curve in getting used to the seating position but most users will adapt to it pretty quickly.
